BD and DVD Middleware

Videon Central offers an industry proven Blu-ray Disc (BD) and DVD middleware software solution. The software has been validated on multiple platform environments and has enabled over 2 million BD player products. The software stack is a complete player application that supports all of the BD Profiles 1.0, 1.1 (Bonus View) and 2.0 (BD-Live), as well as all of the necessary red laser legacy formats.

–Video quality is a significant issue for in-flight applications. So many systems are based on DVD players from one Vendor (typically Videon!) while the display is based on a solution from a different vendor. This has led to quality problems, support problems and overall poor satisfaction. Videon has made a strong commitment to provide more system level components by creating a wide range of monitor solutions. We test the monitors with our source equipment to ensure the best possible video quality is maintained. Best of all, our customers have a single point of support. No more finger pointing. Just great video.

–The cloud is coming to the clouds and Videon makes it happen. No longer is it acceptable to have media come from a physical medium.
