Software Design Quality Agent

Position Description

Support our impressive Design Quality Group with software and hardware testing activities, including: executing test plans and assisting with qualifying releases, setting up configurations to test and reproduce issues, designing and developing test tools and templates, maintaining test documents, and enhancing automation test scripts.

Position Requirements

• A keen interest in learning test specifications to report defects accurately is essential, as is the ability to follow a defined release/development process.
• DVD player and audio receiver operation experience is mandatory.
• Must be detail oriented with good verbal and writing skills and have organizational skills to multitask and complete tasks on time.
• Operating knowledge of oscilloscopes and multi-meters required, with ability to add/edit Wiki and HTML pages, Linux commands for daily usage, and programming experience to develop user interfaces for internal use.
• Prior knowledge of Labview, audio/video formats used in digital space, experience in testing, Blu-ray player operation, version control/defect tracking tools, and ability to develop Make files and test harnesses is a plus.
