Management Team
Todd Erdley

Todd Erdley serves as Videon’s President and CEO. He led the original team of co-workers that formed the company, and he has emphasized teamwork and community as essential parts of work at Videon ever since. Early on, Todd envisioned a place where employees would work with one another in a supportive environment, producing high-quality products and enjoying themselves at the same time. That vision has been realized in Videon.
For Todd, the path to Videon began with BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, and he remains an enthusiastic member of the Penn State community, having served on various committees like the College of Engineering’s Industrial Professional Advisory Committee (IPAC) and frequently offering lectures in engineering classes. Todd is also active in the community more broadly, working with The Second Mile (a nonprofit organization that provides prevention, education, and recreational activities for local youth). But Todd is most at home on a bike—he’s a cycling enthusiast and spends hours each week pedaling around central Pennsylvania.
Paul Brown
As Videon’s Chief Operating Officer, Paul oversees the Operations, Quality, IT, and Engineering groups. He directs the firm’s operational policies and objectives and is responsible for ensuring the future growth of our organization through attaining short- and long-term financial goals. But Paul’s history here at Videon began well before his time as COO—he previously served as VP of Design and Manufacturing and Director of HW Engineering.
Like many Videon employees, Paul was educated at Penn State, where he earned his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1993. To this day he remains an avid Penn State fan. He also exemplifies Videon’s commitment to improving our community by serving as coach for his son’s soccer team.
Jim Condon
As Chief Technical Officer, Jim provides the technical vision for Videon. His work consists largely of looking for new technologies that could be integrated into the company’s existing product lines. In addition, Jim works closely with the Business Development Group to design Videon’s overall strategy and direction. Jim’s expertise in the technology field began with his BS in Computer Science from Penn State, after which he worked developing embedded software at the university’s Applied Research Lab. When he isn’t working, you can find Jim antiquing or at auctions—or, if it’s the right season, cheering on the Eagles.
Mike Daulerio
Mike joined Videon in July of 2006 as Director of Program Management and has since been named Vice President of Business Development. Mike directs the sales, marketing and program management activities and is responsible for all customer and partner management, new product development, and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Videon, Mike held numerous management level positions in business development, product marketing, and program management for leading semiconductor and independent software companies. Mike received his BBA in Accounting from Temple University and his MBA in Management from West Chester University.
Rob Bargo
Rob manages all of Videon’s manufacturing efforts. He serves as Director of Product Operations, overseeing the assembly, test, materials, and product support groups. Rob’s team works to provide high quality products while meeting customer deadlines. Recently, the team has been focusing on continued improvement and lean manufacturing, and their efforts to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality have been recognized through our AS9100 certification.
Rob earned an AAS in Electronics Technology from Williamsport Area Community College and, since that point, has worked in a number of related positions in technology production. Outside of Videon, Rob spends his time as a youth sports coach, leading football, basketball, and baseball teams. He also takes advantage of this region’s excellent fly fishing.
Rob Behe
Rob is Director of Software Engineering at Videon. As such, he heads up the technical aspects of a number of our projects and serves as acting lead software engineer. Along with his team, he develops software to integrate technologies such as Blu-ray Disc players and 3D capabilities into various platforms. Rob is also a committed guitar player and plays in the Videon band. Outside of work, he spends a lot of his time with his two young children.
