In 1997, a small group of people were in the midst of a difficult corporate restructuring that left their part of the organization floundering. For months they faced complete uncertainty about the future, as well as the hardship of no paychecks. Ultimately, based on mutual respect and admiration, these people committed to one another to form a new company named Videon Central. Founded on camaraderie, an inexhaustible desire for success and an outstanding business model, the fledgling organization was positioned to capitalize on the digital video revolution called DVD.

The commitment made to each other by the original founders continues to this day. It reveals itself in the value Videon places on all employees as individuals. It is the source of a strong bond within the organization that is one of the keys to Videon’s competitive advantage. The level of mutual trust, commitment and concerted effort embodied by Videon does not end within the organization. It extends through all of our business intersections as we view our customers, current and potential, as partners.  

While the word "partnership" may be overused in corporate America, it truly is the foundation of growth for Videon. We do not advertise in trade publications. We do not have major presence at trade shows. One should ask, "Well how is it then, that you grow your business?" Our answer is simple: through the consistent delivery of world class technology and extraordinary service to our customers. Just as each person is unique, we recognize the same in each customer. We are aware that one size does not fit all. It is our desire and ability to accommodate our customer's specific requirements that sets us apart. Our customers show their appreciation through repeat business and a willingness to refer us to others.

While the DVD digital revolution has evolved to Blu-ray and movie download, one constant remains, Videon's founders continue to work together to guide this company to an even brighter future. To achieve this goal, we continue to strive to remain at the forefront of technological advances in our industry and to maintain our strong commitment to each other, and as importantly, to our partners.
